 Howard and Janet

    Dr. Howard and Janet Morgan

Dr. Howard Morgan is an internationally renowned prophetic teacher. His insightful, humorous and anointed ministry is inspiring, empowering and equipping believers around the world. A Jewish believer in the Messiah Jesus since 1971, he planted and pastored churches in New York City from 1976 to 1987. Since 1987 he has been traveling in a full time prophetic and teaching ministry, establishing and overseeing churches and ministries, and pastoring pastors. He is a gifted communicator who is able to present Scriptural truths clearly and precisely, so that the principles of the Kingdom of God are plainly understood and easily applied. His ministry is often accompanied by clear demonstrations of the revelatory gifts of the Holy Spirit.

He is the founder and president of Howard Morgan Ministries, his own prophetic teaching and equipping ministry, Kingdom Ministries International, which gives apostolic and prophetic oversight to a network of Churches and Ministries.

He has an intense passion to see the entire Body of Christ come to spiritual maturity and unity, as well as a vision to see the Church restored to her Hebraic roots, and to her Biblical relationship and responsibility to the Jewish people.

Dr. Morgan has a B.A. in Psychology from Hunter College, an M.A. in Counseling from New York University, and a Doctorate in Ministry from Logos Graduate School.

He and his wife Janet, an anointed minister in her own right, have three grown daughters, Briana, Melanie and Tiffany.

 Kingdom Ministries International

In 1999 the Lord told me to “gather the tribe together.” When I asked Him how to do that, He said, “place an ensign on the mountain in the spirit, they will see it and they will come.” In prayer we obeyed this word. The Lord  began, and continues to sovereignly join to us believers, ministers and churches that are seeking apostolic oversight, prophetic direction, counsel, discipling and mentoring. As this continued and relationships developed, the Lord gave us the name for this “tribe” – Kingdom Ministries International (KMI). This clearly and succinctly describes our mission: raise up and equip ministries for the expansion of the Kingdom around the world.

KMI is part of a present day move of the Holy Spirit to “prepare the way” for the return of the Messiah. As part of that preparation God is inspiring ministries around the world to create strategic alliances in order to bring the Church to Maturity (Ephesians 4), to Unity (John 17), and into her Biblical relationship and responsibility to the Jewish people (Romans 11). We recognize that these are three key aspects of this preparation.

KMI has a philosophy of ministry that is based on building relationships that are focused on the goal of helping each other’s ministries bear more and more fruit for the Kingdom. Because we are not building any kind of spiritual “empire,” we have nothing to sustain and nothing to protect. We only desire to be a community of people nurturing and supporting each other’s lives and ministries so the Kingdom of God can expand. Therefore each one who is part of the tribe has a personal responsibility towards the others. These responsibilities are defined by the Holy Spirit as He guides and directs each person. We work to make sure that everyone remains joined to the “Head of the Body” (Colossians. 2:19), so they can listen to, and obey the Lord as He builds His Church (Matthew 16:18).

One of our core values is the development of mentoring relationships. These provide oversight, instruction and correction that encourage learning, changing and growing to facilitate new levels of faith and obedience to the call of God. This is how we bear more and more fruit for the Kingdom and continue to spiritually mature “until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ” (Eph. 4:13).
